View Route Reports

See miles, revenue, profit, and crew totals for any date range, then export or print the report.

The Reports page totals your routes for a date range you choose. Miles, revenue, labor cost, profit, and the crew table all follow those dates. Retention is the exception: it counts your recurring jobs as they stand today and ignores the range.

Set the date range

The page opens on the last 30 days, ending today. Change From or To to see another period. From can't go past To, and To can't go before From. The two dates can be at most 366 days apart. Retention does not change with the dates.

Which routes count

A route appears in the report when all three of these are true:

  • It is dispatched, in progress, or completed.
  • It has not been deleted.
  • Its route date falls between From and To, including both days.

What each card shows

  • Miles driven is the total mileage of the routes that count.
  • Miles saved is the baseline mileage minus the miles driven, across the whole range, and never below zero. The percentage in brackets is that saving as a share of the baseline.
  • Revenue adds up the job value of completed stops.
  • Labor cost multiplies each crew member's drive and service hours by their hourly rate. Rates come from the crew member's employee record in time tracking. Routes with no crew member carry no labor.
  • Profit is Revenue minus Labor cost. It turns red when negative.
  • Retention is the share of recurring jobs still active, out of all recurring jobs that are active or canceled. It covers all time, skips deleted jobs, and shows 100% when there are none.

Note

A crew member with no hourly rate on file counts as zero labor, so their routes look more profitable than they are.

Read the crew table

The table has one row per crew member. Routes with no crew member collect in a row named Unassigned. Routes, Stops, and Miles always appear. Stops counts every stop on those routes that has not been deleted. Revenue, Labor, and Profit appear only when you can see them.

Rows are sorted by profit, highest first. Figures you can't see count as zero for sorting, so the order can differ from what's on screen. A negative profit shows in red.

Who sees each figure

Your role decides which figures you can see. The permission check combines your role with any overrides on your membership. See Roles and permissions for how roles work.

Opening the report needs route access across the whole organization, so a crew member limited to their own routes can't open it.

  • Miles driven, Miles saved, Retention, and the Routes, Stops, and Miles columns are always shown.
  • Revenue and the Revenue column need permission to view revenue.
  • Labor cost and the Labor column need full access to time tracking.
  • Profit needs both.

Export or print the report

Select CSV to download the crew rows as a spreadsheet file. The file name includes both dates. Each row holds the same figures as the table, and money you can't see is left blank. The file has no totals row, so the cards are not included. If the file can't be built, nothing downloads.

Select Print report to open your browser's print dialog with the report. You stay on the Reports page. If the report doesn't load, no print dialog opens.
