Set Your Logo, Brand Color, and Booking Link

Put your logo, brand color, and site visit booking link on the pages customers see.

Customers see your logo, brand color, and site visit booking link. Set all three on the Branding page, which sits in the Business group in settings. Every change saves with Save branding at the bottom of the page.

The logo appears on quotes, PDFs, and emails sent to customers.

  1. Click Upload in the Logo card, or Change when a logo is already set.
    • To skip the file picker, drag the image onto the logo preview instead, then go to step 3.
  2. Choose a JPG, PNG, WebP, or SVG file that is 5 MB or smaller.
  3. Click Save branding.

The logo preview shows the new logo.

Note

The new logo replaces the saved one only after you click Save branding.

Remove the logo when you want the branding saved without one.

  1. Click the trash icon next to Change.
  2. Click Save branding.

The logo preview no longer shows the logo.

Set the brand color

The brand color sets the color of headers, accents, and primary buttons on customer-facing surfaces.

  1. Type a six-digit hex code that starts with #, such as #027dc3, in the Brand color field.
    • Or pick a color with the swatch to the left of the field.
  2. Click Save branding.

The swatch to the left of the Brand color field shows the new color.

Note

A code without six hex digits blocks the save.

Customers see the booking link after they get a quote, if you set one.

  1. Type the full address in the Booking URL field, starting with https:// or http://, such as https://example.com/book.
    • To save without a booking link, leave the field blank.
  2. Click Save branding.

The Booking URL field still shows the address.

Note

The booking link opens in a new tab for customers.

What each setting changes

  • Logo: The image on quotes, PDFs, and emails sent to customers.
  • Brand color: The color for headers, accents, and primary buttons on customer-facing surfaces. It starts as #027dc3, and it must be a six-digit hex code.
  • Booking URL: The site visit booking link shown to customers after they get a quote. It must start with https:// or http:// and hold 500 characters or fewer.

Note

Save branding also clears the button color, and this page has no field to set it.

Who can change branding

  • Opening this page requires view access to settings.
  • Saving requires edit access to settings. It also requires the owner or a user with the admin role.
  • By default, only the Admin role has settings access. The Manager, Office Staff, Team Lead, Sales, and Tech roles have none.
  • The owner holds every permission.
  • Without edit access, the fields stay editable, but no Save branding button appears.
  • To give another role settings access, see roles and permissions. Member access comes from their role and any overrides set for them.
