Who can review and edit

Change role access in Create and Edit Roles and Permissions.

  • Admin and Manager have full time tracking access. They see every employee's days and can edit, approve, return, and adjust them.
  • Team Lead and Tech see and edit only their own days. They cannot approve, return, or adjust a day.
  • Office Staff and Sales have no time tracking access, so they cannot open this page.
  • Editing your own day also requires an active employee profile.
