Assistant Memory

The AI assistant keeps short notes across conversations, so it remembers a lasting preference or business fact without you repeating it. A note is either for the whole organization or for you alone. You review and manage notes on the AI memory page in settings.

Save a note in a conversation

The assistant proposes a note when you ask it to remember something, or when you state a preference or business fact that holds over time. It saves the note only after you select Confirm on the proposal, in the assistant panel.

1. Write a message such as "Remember that we invoice net 15."
2. Select Confirm. The assistant then saves the note and says so.

To take a note back, select Undo on the reply. Undo removes a new note, or restores the previous text of a replaced note, as long as its text has not changed since the assistant saved it.

Review your notes

The assistant reads all your notes at the start of every reply. It does not mention them unless you ask what it remembers.

1. Open AI memory from settings.
2. Read the organization notes and your personal notes.

Edit or delete a note

Only a person can change or remove a note. The assistant cannot delete notes.

Organization and personal notes

• Organization notes apply to everyone in the organization. Only people who can edit organization settings can save them.
• Personal notes apply only to you. No other member sees or uses them.

Save a business-wide rule, such as a standard payment term, as an organization note. Save a preference about how you like replies written as a personal note.

Limits

• A note holds up to 200 characters.
• The organization can hold 30 organization notes.
• Each member can hold 15 personal notes.
• When a list is full, the assistant does not save the new note. It asks you to replace an existing note instead.

What the weekly cleanup does

Once a week, on Mondays, a cleanup merges duplicate notes and removes stale ones. The cleanup never changes a note that a person wrote or edited.

What the assistant never saves

The assistant does not save:

• Passwords or other secrets
• Card or bank details
• Personal details of your customers
• Details of a single job
