Every hour worked lands on a timesheet you can approve

Crews clock in on the job, their week builds into a timesheet, and payroll reads only the hours you approved.

Track the Hours

From clock-in to payroll without a paper timesheet

One clock-in feeds the timesheet, the approval and the payroll total, while working hours and approved time off tell the calendar who is free.

  1. 01 Time Clock

Hours get recorded where the work happens

Your crew clocks in and picks the job they are on, or logs general work with no job. Breaks and travel are separate segments, each marked paid or unpaid.

  2. 02 Time Off

Every request arrives with the balance attached

People request days off against a policy, and the page shows the balance left on each one. You approve or deny, and a denial carries your note.

  3. 03 Payroll Export

Payroll reads only the hours you approved

Pick a period and see hours and labor cost per person from approved time, ready to export. Approved hours cannot be edited, so a fix becomes a tracked adjustment.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

They open Time Clock, pick the job they are working on, and clock in. Work, break, travel and idle are each their own segment, so a break does not count as worked time. The day's segments are listed as they happen. Location is recorded at clock-in only for people who turn that on.

The Timesheets page shows one week at a time, and you step back or forward a week. An entry moves from open to submitted, then approved, then locked. People submit their own week, and someone with full time tracking access approves it. Segments can be added or edited while the entry is still open or submitted.

Not directly. Approved time stays as it is, and a correction is entered as an adjustment, a corrected copy that replaces the original in totals and exports while the original stays on record. Every entry also carries an audit log, so you can see what changed.

Yes. Each person requests against a policy they are enrolled in, and their current balance for every such policy is on the same page. A manager approves or denies it, and a denial passes along the note the manager wrote. Company holidays are listed separately and do not draw down a balance.

Yes. Each person gets weekly working windows here, and the calendar reads those windows when it looks for an open slot. Approved time off makes that person unavailable for scheduling and overrides their windows for those days.

Yes. Open Payroll, choose the period, and you get hours and labor cost per person from approved time. Only approved or locked timesheets count toward the total, and you choose which pay categories to include: regular, overtime, PTO and holiday. Download it as a payroll CSV or a QuickBooks CSV. Closing a period locks its approved timesheets so exports stay the same.
