FAQ

Questions we get asked

It starts from the crew's start point and orders the stops to cut the travel between them. Stops you lock keep their position, and a hard time window on a stop is respected. Every route comes back with an arrival time per stop and a score from 0 to 100. The goal you pick, balanced, fastest, least driving or revenue first, decides which of those the order favors.

It goes to Address Review instead of onto a route. New addresses are checked when you save them, and anything that comes back as not found or too vague is held there, marked Couldn't locate, Needs review or Not checked yet. Fix the address and check it again, and its jobs become routable. A build that finds nothing to route tells you how many addresses are waiting on review.

Lock it. A locked stop keeps its position every time the route is optimized. You can also drag stops into the order you want, and the route keeps that order while recomputing the arrival times and the score. A stop with a hard time window is held inside that window.

Use Balance fleet. It spreads that day's jobs across the crews who can take work, skipping anyone on time off or a company holiday, then builds each crew's route. It will not reshape a day once a route has been dispatched. For a job that lands after dispatch, Emergency dispatch ranks the active routes by how much time the job adds and tells you when a crew is missing the skills or equipment for it.

Their stops in order, each with an arrival time. They tap On my way, then Arrived, then Mark done as they go, and can open the contact, open the job, or open the stop in a map app. The route's own status follows the stops as they work. A crew that breaks down can report it, and the remaining stops are reassigned to other crews.

Yes, on the Operations page, once two things are true. Your organization has to turn on GPS tracking, and each crew member opts in for themselves with a share-my-location toggle that nobody else can set for them. You choose how many days of location history to keep, and every look at a crew's location is recorded in an access log.
