Know who is free before you promise a time

Requests, visits and tasks share one calendar that already knows each person's hours, time off and existing work.

Run the Week

Every job, visit and request gets a day and a person

The calendar, the open-slot search and each person's hours all read the same picture of who is busy.

  1. 01 Unscheduled Work

Nothing waits for a date in a notebook

New requests and tasks collect in one Unscheduled list with a count. Drag one onto a day, or set its time and person.

  2. 02 Find a Time

Open slots that match the hours people work

Pick how long the work takes and the days to search, then pick one person or anyone. Every slot you get back is time that person is open.

  3. 03 Team Calendar

See the week the way your crews live it

Switch between day, week and month without losing your place. Filter down to yourself, one person, or the whole team.

  4. 04 Working Hours

Set the hours each person is available

Give each person a weekly set of working windows, with more than one window a day. Approved and pending time off blocks their calendar.

Questions we get asked

Yes. The schedule opens in day, week or month view and reopens on the view you used last. A team filter switches between your own work, one person, or everyone in the organization.

Drag it. On a computer you drag the block to a new time in the day or week grid, or to another square in month view. On a phone, press and hold the block, then drag it. Dragging one visit of a repeating series moves only that visit.

Open Find a Time, choose how long the work takes, choose the days to search, then choose one person or anyone. Every slot you get back is checked against jobs, repeating visits, requests, tasks, online bookings, calendar events, time off, company holidays and that person's working hours. Each slot lists who is free, and picking one starts a job at that time.

Yes. Approved and pending time off shows on the calendar as an all-day bar for that person. Company holidays show for everyone. Neither is offered back to you when you search for an open slot.

Yes. Every person gets a weekly set of working windows, and one day can hold more than one window, such as a morning shift and an afternoon shift. The page totals the weekly hours as you edit them. Managers edit anyone's hours; everyone else sees their own.

It waits in the Unscheduled panel alongside the tasks, and the panel header carries the count. Drag it onto a day to schedule it. You can also open the request and convert it into a job with a date, a time and an assigned person.
