Every job, from the first visit to the paid invoice

A job holds the address, the visits, the checklist, the photos and the invoice, so nothing lives in a text thread.

Run the Work

Every job stays in one place, start to finish

Schedule the visits, put the ones that come back on a repeat, check off the list, and invoice from the same record.

  1. 01 Job Board

See every job by stage on one board

Your jobs sit in columns from new to paid. Drag a card to move one forward, or switch to a list that sorts by number, value or last update.

  2. 02 Visits and Owners

Every visit lands on the calendar with an owner

Schedule one visit or several on the same job, each with its own time. One team member owns the job, and every change shows in its activity log.

  3. 03 Checklists and Photos

Your team checks the work off from the field

Add the steps to a job's checklist and the assigned team member ticks them off on site. Reuse a list you already wrote by applying a saved template.

  4. 04 Repeating Jobs

Put the work that comes back on a schedule

A maintenance customer gets a schedule, not a reminder. Set the visit time, the length and the interval, and each visit is created ahead of its date, checklist included.

  5. 05 Quotes and Invoices

Bill the job without retyping the details

Attach a quote and an invoice to the job, so the paperwork sits with the work it paid for. A job created from a lead keeps that link too.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

A job is one piece of work for one contact at one service address, with its own number. It holds the visits, the checklist, the photos, the notes, the quote and the invoice. You move it along the pipeline from new to paid, with hold and canceled as side exits.

Yes. A job's schedule takes as many visits as the work needs, each with its own date and time, and you can remove a visit you no longer need. Multi-day work stays one job instead of splitting into several. Each visit shows on your calendar.

Set the work up once as a repeating job: a start date, a visit time, a length, and a repeat of weekly, every two weeks, monthly, yearly or a custom interval. Each visit is created as a real job ahead of its date, carrying the assignee and the checklist, and it blocks that person's time so nobody books over it. End the series on a date, after a set number of visits, or pause it and resume later.

Yes. The team member assigned to a job opens it and ticks off checklist items as the work gets done, and each tick records who did it and when. Shaping the list stays with managers, so a tech cannot change what the job asks for. Notes on the job carry the instructions.

Yes. Every job has a Photos and Docs section with folders, categories and uploads up to 25 MB per file. Job files stay private to your organization until you create a share link for a customer, and you can revoke that link whenever you want.

Attach a quote and an invoice to the job and both stay on the record with it. A repeating job can generate the invoice for each visit, send it, and charge the customer's saved payment method. Marking a job complete can also email the customer a review request.
