Let customers book you while you are on a job

Share one link, and customers pick from times your team is actually free, then the visit lands on your calendar.

How It Works

Customers book themselves in while your team is out on jobs

You set the hours and who can work them, and the page offers only what is open.

  1. 01 Hours and Team

Offer each service only when someone can work

You set the weekly hours for each service and pick who can run it. A time only opens when at least one of those people is free.

  2. 02 Open Times

Customers pick a time from your real calendar

Your booking page shows only slots that are still open. Jobs, calendar events, approved time off, and company holidays all take times off the page.

  3. 03 Customer Details

Every booking arrives with the address and phone

The form collects name, email, phone, and the service address. An email you already have attaches to that contact instead of creating a duplicate.

  4. 04 Into Your Pipeline

New bookings show up as work to do

Each booking creates a lead in your pipeline with the time already scheduled. It also lands on the assigned team member's calendar.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

You share a link to your booking page, or paste the booking form onto your own website. The customer picks a service, picks an open time, and fills in their name, email, phone, and service address. They get a confirmation with the day and time as soon as it goes through.

A time only appears when at least one of the team members assigned to that service is free, is inside their working hours, and is not on approved time off. A company holiday closes the whole day. The time is checked again when the customer submits, so two people cannot take the same slot.

Yes. Every booking page gives you a paste-in snippet and an iframe version, so it works on any site where you can add HTML. The embedded form resizes itself to fit the space you put it in. You can also skip the embed and share the link.

Yes. One booking page holds as many services as you need, each with its own name, description, length, color, and weekly hours. The customer sees the list and picks one. You can duplicate a service when the next one is close to an existing setup.

Each service has a minimum notice and a limit on how far ahead customers can book. You also set the spacing between offered times and a buffer before and after the visit, so travel time never gets booked over. Change those on the service and the booking page follows.

The visit is added to the assigned team member's calendar. The customer becomes a contact, matched by email when you already have them, with the service address saved on that contact. A lead is created in your pipeline with the booked time, marked as coming from your website.
