How a weed treatment gets priced without a site visit
Turf and beds are different jobs, and the customer marks them separately. That split is what keeps a bed-heavy yard from being priced like open lawn.

Questions weed control companies ask
Published guides put spraying at $50 to $125 an application for up to 10,000 sq ft, and weed and feed at $50 to $150 (price table). Set a per-square-foot rate for turf, a higher one for beds, and a minimum.
Make them two treatments with two rates. The customer picks both, then traces the lawn once and each bed separately, and the quote lists them apart.
Add pre-emergent as its own treatment at its own rate. A homeowner can pick it on its own in early spring or together with a post-emergent spray.
The homeowner is told you do not work in their area and never sees a price, while their name and number stay in your requests. You draw the area as a radius or a shape.
Quote the single visit here. When the customer agrees to a season, a repeating job on the paid plans creates each visit on schedule with the same price.
