Installed patios run $10 to $17 a square foot, walkways $10 to $20 and driveways $10 to $30 (price table). Give each project type its own rate and bill excavation and sealing by the square foot.
Yes. Turn on the range and pick the percentage below and above the figure; the ends round to $50. Pavers are a good fit, since the base depth changes once you dig.
Make each paver line an option at its own rate: concrete, brick, travertine or natural stone. The customer picks one for each area they draw.
There is no charge for it on any plan, and the requests cost nothing either. Written quotes, approval and jobs belong to the paid plans.
The homeowner traces each shape on satellite imagery of their property. The area is worked out again from those shapes at submit, so the quote follows the drawing.
