Aeration and overseeding priced by the instant lawn treatment quote tool

An aeration and overseed on a 10,000 sq ft lawn, with lime added. Drag the size: the treatment follows it, the lime stays one flat charge.

Core aeration and overseeding on a 10,000 sq ft lawn, plus a lime application for acidic soil.

10,000 sq ft
  • Aeration and overseeding (10,000 sq ft) 10,000 sq ft × $0.03 $300.00
  • Lime treatment 1 × $90.00 $90.00
Total $390.00

Three cents a square foot and the $90 lime charge both fall within the published figures in the price table. Swap in your own and the math follows.

Customer view

Building a lawn program from a phone

A treatment program has more moving parts than a mowing route. The homeowner assembles theirs on the page, one service at a time.

  1. Who is asking

A name, email and phone number go in before anything else, which makes them a contact even if they stop here.

    01
  2. Pick treatments

They choose aeration, overseeding or feeding, and tick lime or grub control when the soil needs it.

    02
  3. Draw the lawn

One outline of the turf on satellite imagery of their property covers each treatment they chose.

    03
  4. Read the total

Each treatment appears on its own line with its price, and the total sits underneath.

Every round of the program lands on the calendar

Treatment programs live or die on the second visit. On the paid plans the accepted program becomes a repeating job, and each round is on the calendar before the homeowner remembers to ask. See jobs and scheduling.

FAQ

Questions lawn treatment companies ask

A 10,000 sq ft lawn runs $160 to $425 to aerate and overseed and $100 to $300 to aerate alone, per the price table. Give each treatment its own square-foot rate and put flat prices on lime and grub control.

Not on this page. Each treatment is quoted for one visit, and the customer sees the total for what they picked. The paid plans repeat the accepted visit on the interval you choose.

Yes: building the tool, embedding it, and every request it produces cost nothing on any plan. Scheduling the rounds and invoicing them belong to the paid plans.

They outline the turf on a satellite photo of their own address. When they hit submit, we measure that outline again ourselves, and that measurement sets the price.

Give each one its own treatment and rate. Fertilizing on its own is covered on the fertilization quote tool page, and weed treatments on the weed control page.

Set a job minimum. A small lawn whose treatments total less gets billed the minimum, so the trip still pays.
