Lawn
2 conditions- Standard
- Overgrown
Customers trace their lawn on a satellite map, say how tall it is, and see your price per cut without a drive-by.
Slide the lawn size and watch the per-visit price follow it. Below 4,000 sq ft the minimum takes over, which is how a small yard still pays for the stop.
A 6,000 sq ft front and back lawn at normal height, cut on a weekly route.
One cent a square foot on Standard and a $40 minimum sit inside the per-visit range in the price table. You choose every rate in your own tool.
Start a tool from the Mowing template and the two conditions every crew argues about are already listed. You type the rate for each; an unpriced one never reaches a customer.
Published per-visit prices for residential mowing and the extras that ride along with it. The right column says which switch in your tool bills each one.
| Job | Market range | How you set it in the tool |
|---|---|---|
| Mowing a lawn of 1/8 to 1/4 acre1 | $30 to $85 / visit | A per-square-foot rate on Standard, plus a job minimum |
| First cut on an overgrown lawn1 | $70 to $150 / visit | The Overgrown condition at its own, higher rate |
| Leaf removal1 | $100 to $300 / visit | A flat add-on the customer ticks in the fall |
| Yard clean-up1 | $125 to $400 / visit | A flat add-on for the spring visit |
| Overseeding1 | $0.04 to $0.18 / sq ft | A per-square-foot add-on that follows the outlined lawn |
A customer who says yes to weekly cuts becomes a repeating job on the paid plans: the day, the interval and the price per visit set once, each visit created ahead of time. See jobs.
The homeowner does the measuring on their phone. You find out the size before you ever drive past.
Their name, email and phone are saved on the first screen, before any map loads.
They type the address; if it falls outside the area you serve, they get no price.
Standard or Overgrown, plus any extras such as leaf removal.
Front and back are traced separately on a satellite view and added together.
The per-visit price shows at once, and the request reaches your inbox.
Published guides put a 1/8 to 1/4 acre lawn at $30 to $85 a visit, with overgrown first cuts at $70 to $150 (price table). In the tool that becomes a square-foot rate per condition plus a minimum for the smallest yards.
Yes. An area tool can price per acre instead of per square foot, so set up a second mowing tool for acreage at the $60 to $100 an acre guides quote for weekly cuts. Keep the square-foot tool for residential lots.
Give Overgrown its own rate, typically one and a half to three times Standard. The customer picks the condition before they outline, so a knee-high backyard is priced as one from the start.
The tool itself is free on every plan, lead list included. Turning a yes into a weekly visit with its own invoice is part of the paid jobs feature, and planning the day's stops is route planning.
The outline is drawn on satellite imagery of their own address and measured in square feet, then remeasured on our side from the drawing when they submit. Beds or a pool can be left out simply by not tracing them.
Yes. Add fertilization or overseeding as its own tool or as an add-on, and a visitor can price several services in one sitting with one combined estimate.
