Turn finished jobs into Google reviews

JobWise asks each customer for a review after the work is done, then brings what they wrote back to the contact.

Start to Finish

Ask every customer, then put their words where buyers look

From the request after the job to the reply on Google and the reviews on your own site.

  1. 01 Ask Automatically

Every finished job asks for a review

A request goes out when a job is completed, a recurring visit is completed, or an invoice is paid. You pick email, text, or both for each moment.

  2. 02 One Tap Away

Customers pick where to leave the review

The link opens a page in your name and colors, listing the sites you chose. One tap takes the customer to Google, Yelp, Facebook, or any site you add.

  3. 03 Replies and Contacts

Answer a review and know whose it is

Write a reply here and it posts to Google. Each review links itself to the contact who left it, from the request they clicked or a name match.

  4. 04 Track and Show

Watch the count climb and show it off

The overview counts every review, the average, and how many requests turned into clicks. Set a target, then paste your reviews onto your own site.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Ask every customer while the work is still fresh, and ask the same way every time. JobWise sends the request as soon as a job is completed, a recurring visit is completed, or an invoice is paid, so nobody is asked late or forgotten. Your Google listing sits at the top of the page the customer opens, and one tap takes them straight to the review box.

It is the part of your system that asks a customer for a review at the end of a job and keeps track of what happened next. In JobWise that is a message by email or text, a page where the customer picks a review site, and a record of who opened it and who tapped through. Requests show as Scheduled, Sent, Opened, Clicked, or Failed, so you can see where they stop.

Yes. Turn on the moments you want, and the request goes out on its own after a job, a recurring visit, or a paid invoice. You choose how long to wait first, whether to send one reminder if nobody clicks, and how long to leave a repeat customer alone before asking again. You can still send one by hand from a job or a contact.

You connect your Google account once, then pick which Business Profile locations you want. Their reviews come into JobWise with the rating, the comment, the reviewer name and the date, and each location carries its current average and review count. Replies you write here go back to Google through the account that owns that location. You can add more than one Google account.

Both. Every moment has its own email and text switch, so a completed job can text while a paid invoice emails. If a text cannot be delivered, because the number is not mobile, the customer replied STOP, or the carrier refuses it, JobWise sends the email instead. That fallback is on by default and you can turn it off.

Yes. Pick a carousel or a grid, a light or dark look, a minimum star rating, and whether to show your overall average, then copy the snippet and paste it into your site. Nothing has to be saved first, because the snippet carries the choices, so you can run a different widget on every page.
