Put your procedures and price sheets where the whole team finds them

Write procedures, policies and price sheets in folders, publish them for your team, and let the AI assistant answer from them.

How It Works

From a first draft to the answer your team needs

Write it once, publish it, then let the team and the assistant read it.

  1. 01 Draft and Publish

Edit freely while the team reads the published version

Your changes save to the draft as you type while readers see the last published version. Each publish adds a version to the document's history.

  2. 02 Assistant Answers

Ask the assistant how your company does a job

The AI assistant answers from your published documents and links the one it used. A draft stays out of its answers until a person publishes it.

  3. 03 Linked Records

Link the records and documents a procedure refers to

Type # in a document to link a job, quote, invoice, lead, task or contact your team can open. Type [[ to link another document.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Yes. The AI assistant searches your published documents, reads the one that fits and links it in its answer. When no document covers the question, it says so instead of answering from general knowledge.

It can create a new draft in the folder you name, and Undo removes it while nobody has changed it. It can also propose changes to a document's draft, which wait for you to confirm. It never publishes, so the published version only changes when a person publishes it.

Yes. Import a PDF or Word (.docx) file up to 5 MB, or drop it on the library page. Its text becomes a new draft you can edit before publishing. The original file stays attached for download.

Only people who can edit the Knowledge Base read a draft. Everyone else with access reads the published version. A document that was never published shows nothing to them.

Each person's role sets their access. View access reads and searches published documents. Edit access also creates documents, edits drafts, publishes and manages folders, and full access adds deleting documents and folders.

Documents go in folders, and a folder can hold other folders, such as a Winter folder inside Safety. A document can also sit outside any folder. All documents lists every document, whatever its folder.
