Included in the Minimum plan
You get Contacts with Minimum and Growth, so there is nothing extra to buy.
$39 /mo
Minimum plan, per monthEvery contact holds the jobs, quotes, invoices, leads, reviews and notes that name it, in one place instead of three.
From the first lead to the lifetime total, with duplicates folded back into one history.
Open a contact and see its jobs, quotes, invoices, recurring visits, leads and reviews. Each section carries a count, so nothing sits out of sight.
Quoted, invoiced, paid and balance owed sit at the top of the record. The list shows lifetime revenue and the date you last closed work.
History lists what has happened with this contact, message thread included. Their phone and email are one tap from the record.
Select the duplicates and they fold into the oldest record, bringing their jobs, quotes, invoices, leads and messages. Saved cards are kept, never combined.

It is one record per customer that the rest of your work writes back to. In JobWise the contact holds their jobs, quotes, invoices, recurring visits, leads, reviews, notes and a history of what has happened, each as a section on one page. The record also carries what they have spent with you and what they still owe, so you can read a customer before you call them.
Select two or more contacts in the list and choose Merge. The oldest of the selected contacts survives. Where the duplicates disagree on first name, last name, email, phone or business, the dialog asks which value to keep, and anything that already matches combines on its own. Their jobs, quotes, invoices, leads, messages, addresses and tags move across and their notes are appended, but the merge cannot be undone.
Every saved card is kept. Cards are the one thing a merge will not combine, because a card cannot be moved between customers at the payment processor. The oldest contact's card stays the one you charge, the others stay on the merged contact, and you can switch which one is charged from the contact's payment method.
Yes. The list carries a Lifetime column and the date you last closed work for them, and a Customer pill counts the jobs they have closed with you. Inside the record, Quoted, Invoiced, Paid and Balance owed sit together, and each one links down to the documents behind it. You can also filter the list to customers only, or to the contacts who have never bought.
Yes. Import sits at the top of the contact list. New Contact is next to it and opens a form over the list, so adding one person by hand does not lose your place. Search runs across names, email, phone and business.
Yes. Contacts have their own view and edit permission, and each section of a record follows the permission for that kind of work. A member without access to jobs sees no Jobs section, and the open job count on the record reads Hidden rather than a number. Leads, reviews and recurring visits also depend on what your plan includes.
