[**Integrations**](/go/settings/integrations), under [**Settings**](/go/settings), is where you
connect JobWise Pro to Google, QuickBooks Online, and Angi.
Each tool has one row, under **Connected** or **Available**.
Members who can manage settings connect, reconnect, and disconnect. Members who can only view
settings see each row's status.

## Connect Google

Connect one Google login to power reviews, website analytics, or both.

1. In the **Google** row under **Available**, click **Connect Google**.
   - The Google row appears only when Reviews or Website analytics is switched on.
   - To add a second Google login, click **Add another account** at the bottom of the
     Google row.
2. Choose the Google account.
3. Approve access on Google's consent screen.

The **Google** row moves to **Connected**, and the account shows a badge for each feature it
powers.

> **Note:** Connecting asks Google for every feature this row offers at once. Unchecking a
> feature on Google's consent screen leaves it for you to add later.

## Connect QuickBooks

Your organization can hold only one QuickBooks connection at a time.

1. Find the **QuickBooks** row under **Available**.
   - The QuickBooks row appears only when QuickBooks is switched on.
2. Click **Connect QuickBooks**.
3. Approve access on the QuickBooks Online page that opens.

The **QuickBooks** row moves to **Connected** and shows which account is connected.

## Connect Angi

Angi connects by hand: you send Angi a setup email, and Angi wires up the lead delivery.

1. In the **Angi** row under **Available**, click **Connect Angi**. The
   **Finish Angi Setup** dialog opens.
   - The Angi row appears only when Angi leads are switched on for your organization.
2. Enter your **Angi company ID**. The ID is
called SPID on your Angi agreement.
3. Check the address under **Leads connect to**.
   - The address starts as your account email. To edit it, click **Change**.
4. Click **Open setup email**. Your mail app
opens a message to crmintegrations@angi.com with your details filled in.
   - Without a company ID, the button moves focus to the **Angi company ID** field.
   - To copy the message text instead, click **Copy email**.
5. Send the message from your mail app.

The **Angi** row shows **Setup incomplete** and a **Finish setup** button until the first lead
arrives. After that, the button reads **Setup details**.

> **Note:** Angi lead forwarding to another service makes each lead arrive twice.

## Add a feature to a Google account

Use this when a connected Google account is missing a feature on its line.

1. Find the account line in the **Google** row.
2. Click the plus chip for the missing feature, such as **Website analytics**.
3. Approve access on Google's consent screen.

After you approve access, the feature's badge appears on that account line.

## Reconnect a connection

Use this when a row shows **Needs attention**.

1. Find the **Google** or **QuickBooks** row that shows **Needs attention**.
2. Click **Reconnect**.
   - For Google, the button sits on the account line.
   - For QuickBooks, the button sits in the QuickBooks row.
3. Approve access on the page that opens.

The **Needs attention** badge leaves the row once the connection is active again.

## Disconnect a connection

Disconnecting stops a connection's updates. What has already synced stays for QuickBooks and
Google.

1. Open the options menu for the connection.
   - For Google, the menu sits on the account line.
   - For QuickBooks, the menu sits in the QuickBooks row.
   - For Angi, the menu sits in the Angi row.
2. Click **Disconnect**.
3. Confirm the disconnect with **Disconnect** in the dialog.

A QuickBooks or Angi row moves to **Available**. The **Google** row moves to
**Available** once no Google account remains.

## What each connection powers

- **Reviews** (Google): lists your locations, reads their reviews, and posts the replies you
write. Google's permission covers your whole
[Business Profile](/help/organization/business-profile), so its wording sounds broader than
  what JobWise Pro does.
- **Website analytics** (Google): shows where your website visitors come from. It also reads Business
Profile performance metrics, such as impressions, calls, and direction requests.
- Disconnecting a Google account stops the features it powers. What has already synced stays
but stops updating. If Reviews is one of them, its locations stop syncing, and you can delete
their stored reviews in [**Reviews settings**](/go/settings/reviews).
- **QuickBooks**: keeps customers, invoices, payments, and expenses up to date from QuickBooks
  Online.
- Disconnecting QuickBooks stops customers, invoices, and payments from syncing until you
  reconnect.
- **Angi**: each new lead lands in your pipeline automatically. Leads are covered in
  [Introduction to Leads](/help/leads/introduction-to-leads).
- Disconnecting Angi stops new leads right away. Angi can keep sending leads until its team
turns the connection off, and those leads are rejected.
- After you disconnect Angi, connecting it again creates a new webhook URL and key, and
  the setup dialog opens again.
